The laboratory staff have many years of industry experience and are equipped with various advanced instruments and equipment, which can meet GB, ASTM, ISO17025, GLP, and other recognized industry standards. Our product testing services include but are not limited to more than thirty industrial products such as tape, paper, labels, textiles, etc. We provide technical services for the performance optimization, process improvement, and new product application development of release agents and silicone pressure-sensitive adhesives.

1. Release agent related instruments

-Coating machine: used for uniform coating of release agents on substrates, simulating industrial production conditions.   

-Peel force tester: measures the peel force between the release agent and pressure-sensitive adhesive to evaluate the release performance.   

-Surface tension meter: Analyze the surface tension of release agent coatings and optimize the coating effect.   

-Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA): Evaluate the temperature resistance and thermal stability of release agents.   

-Infrared spectrometer (FTIR): Analyze the chemical composition and structure of release agents.   

2. Instruments related to organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive

-Rheometer: Study the rheological properties of pressure-sensitive adhesives and evaluate their viscoelastic behavior.   

-Universal material testing machine: tests the adhesion, cohesion, and tensile properties of pressure-sensitive adhesives.   

-Aging test chamber: Simulate different environmental conditions (such as high temperature, high humidity, ultraviolet radiation, etc.) to evaluate the aging resistance of pressure-sensitive adhesives.   

-Dynamic Mechanical Analyzer (DMA): Analyze the glass transition temperature (Tg) and dynamic mechanical properties of pressure-sensitive adhesives.   

-Scanning electron microscope (SEM): Observe the microstructure and interface structure of pressure-sensitive adhesive.

-Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS): Analyze volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in release agents and pressure-sensitive adhesives.
